In the last couple of months, there have been a lot of changes. Physical changes are definitely happening.
I managed to get under the 90kg mark... for a couple of weeks. I have increased my muscle, yay me! I haven taken centimetres off... and put them on. So as you can see, the food angel and devil have their battles and both come up with wins but ultimately I will win the war.
I have been studying Cert 3 abd 4 in Fitness and between this education and the guidance I get from Brad and Becky, I have been armed with the weapons needed to beat these demons. Food diaries, fun workouts and the best support network.
At the end of this latest challenge, things have started to click in my head. Junk food affects my moods negatively, planning and preparation is crucial for fat loss and most importantly, do not compare myself to others around me.
I won't be stick figure silicone barbie got that song stuck in my head, but yeah it sums it up. I won't look like Barbie but I will look like the best version of me.
So for the next challenge, I will be setting weekly goals. Whether it be clean eating, going for a run or getting to as many classes as possible, it will be the completion of small goals that will get me to my next big goal of losing AT LEAST 20cms in 8 weeks.

Charlene was cleaning out some cupboards and found her old shirt that used to be tight on her!
