We will always work around your injuries but don't expect us to change an exercise because it's not comfortable for you. Progress comes through challenging yourself. Most of you come to us because you want us to challenge you, be sure not to knock the challenge back when it comes knocking. Bootcamp isn't meant to be easy. That's what your lunch break is for at work.
1. Is it raining and you're too fragile to get wet? You're Soft and not that dedicated to your goals!
2. Not keen on running because it doesn't feel comfortable and its been ages since you have? You're Soft and not that dedicated to your goals!
3. Is it a little bit hotter than usual which makes it uncomfortable and sticky. Feeling ewwy and not keen to do what you need to do? You're Soft and not that dedicated to your goals!
4. Had a long day at work all day and tired? So is everyone else, You're Soft and not that dedicated to your goals!
5. "This exercise looks difficult, i'm not sure if I can do it, can I please have a different exercise in case I look silly doing it?" You're Soft and not that dedicated to your goals!
6. Is an exercise designed to work your back making your back sore? That was the aim. Don't fear back pain completely. Learn to know the difference between muscle pain and 'oh this isn't right' pain when it comes to your back.
7. Afraid of being sore the next day due to delayed onset muscle soreness? Exercise more often, You're Soft and not that dedicated to your goals!
8. Is this new healthy food not as yum diddly-umptious as your usual gourmet meal plan? News Flash: That gourmet meal plan is what probably got you here in the first place. Food is fuel. There are many other things to derive pleasure from apart from food.
Be ready for us to be raising the bar and be ready for us to come down on you if you aren't ready to up your game. We are here to help you and this is a big part of how its done.
