Minnie's Mums- The small group format gives you a chance to spend some quality time with your child in the company of other great Mums and Dads! Being a mum can be an isolating experience - at Carpe Diem Personal Training you will make connections and gain new friendships with parents just like you. It's a great chance to socialise while you exercise and gain a supportive network of friends that are only a phone call or email away.

 

Power Up - Tone up in this lean muscle forming weight busting upgrade on the boring weights circuit programs of old. 

 

Punch & Crunch - Box your way to fitness and an incredible physique while learning self defense techniques and boosting your confidence in the process.

High Performance **-  Personalized small group sessions of no more than 6 people where you will follow an individualized program written by our trainers that will help you progress towards your certain and specific goal each week on our fast track system. Your goals will be measurable and easily managed with your own record sheets down at CDPT for us to track each session and follow the progress with you.

Muscle Camp ** - Group for young men (13-19).  This group is used to help build their self esteem and confidence in the gym through education of proper technique, basic nutrition and structured workouts.  Each week we will focus on a different lift and delve into the simple science behind why they’re doing it, how it works and how to do it safely. There will also be a big focus on mindset, nutrition thanks to our sponsor Nutrition Warehouse Strathpine and discipline, dispelling any gym myths and half truths they’ve learnt along the way.  As the sessions progress we will create a personalized program for each member based on their goals, strengths and weaknesses that I will work with them on as they complete it each week. There are only 8 spots available.

Bend 'n' Snap - Bend 'n' Snap class introduces various techniques of flexibility training as well as techniques that are especially designed to improve your range of movement. Our trainers provide advice and guidance on the best to use them and how regularly.
